★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i made a booking online and the portal told me there was a problem with my credit card. So I called my credit card company and they told me the charge has already been made. I never received any email from the website confirming the reservation.. and when the credit card company told me the amount, it was much higher than I had originally thought.. I had to call the website (overseas call) to chase down the reservation number to cancel it. They asked all sorts of silly question wasting my time.
Not sure if they are not sending confirmations // then charging people for no show. + their initial price was deceptive – it didn't include some charges - so I was rather shocked at the end to see the final price.
If you book with them, just double check everything and don't assume that your reservation wasn't booked when the website gives you an error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the cheapest and the best rental cars in Prague. One minus is the commission for cross border. The cars are new and clean. :) The deposit is really small - comparing to another companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM SCAM SCAM, I rented a car online but sadly I used my credit card for the deposit. I used the car, returned it without accident, signed the final contract saying there is anything else to pay for and I was happy that my experience was not as bad as other people mentioned here. BUT 2 weeks later I received 2 unauthorized charges from them. I today after one month of my rental I received the 4th unauthorized charge from "Rent plus s.r.o. Aviatick". Don't use it, you are going to REGRET it later.
