★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY from this fraud tour agency and its Owner ( Shailesh Patel) he is from India and working in Prague. This man is not honest, not transparent , selfish and not trustable at all. I have all invoices and evidence about his fraud. I had a group of 25 members who their visa refused because the hotel booking was not confirmed and I already paid 50 % of the full program and nothing confirm for booking. I was fooled as the admin staff all are from Czech Republic.
He refund a tiny amount of the fees and the remaining amount paid to the hotel. When I contacted the hotel they said all money refunded back to Shailesh Patel.
I am going to raise a case against him in the court, just wanted to warn anyone from dealing with this company.
