★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží mají jen nafoceno s informací, že je skladem, ale po dotazu kdy bude doručeno, že již týden čekáte dostanete informací, že došlo k chybě a toto zboží jim ani dodavatel nedoda. Nicméně stav prodiktu na eshopu nechávají stále s informací skladem. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nic nebrat, na webu mají skladem snad vše ovšem realita je samozřejmě zcela odlišná. Komunikace ze strany obchodu žádná, tedy naprosto chybí informace o tom, že daná věc není skladem a čekají na její dodání. Na email reagují snad do dvou dnů a dovolat se na infolinku vyžaduje hodně trpělivosti. Pak se dovoláte paní co svoji neschopnost omlouvá tím, že sama obsluhuje 4 eshopy a má 22 emailů ve schránce. Prostě garážová firma z minulého století ?

They respond to the email within perhaps two days, and it takes a lot of patience to call the infoline. Then you call the lady who apologizes for her incompetence by handling 4 e-shops herself and has 22 emails in her inbox. Just a garage company from the last century ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká nespokojenost s dodáním. Zboží jsem objednal 8.11. a dodnes 18.11. stále nedorazilo. Na to, že je obchod v Praze a dodání je v Praze též...dost dlouho. Nehledě na to, že jsem zboží potřeboval na catering a nedostal ho včas, takže jsem si ho musel pořídit jinde.
Great dissatisfaction with delivery. I ordered the goods 8.11. and to this day 18.11. still not arriving. The fact that the store is in Prague and the delivery is also in Prague ... long enough. Despite the fact that I needed the goods for catering and did not receive them on time, so I had to buy them elsewhere.
