O	Ondrej Prusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestihl jsem vyzvednout do 7 dnu, az 10. den jsem zjistil, ze zbozi na pobocce uz neni, nicmene pani na infolince ve 12:30 zaridila, ze uz ve 14:30 byla ma objednavka zpet na prodejne! Tedy jako podekovani davam 5* :) I didn't have time to pick it up within 7 days, and on the 10th day I found out that the goods were no longer at the branch, however, the lady at the infoline at 12:30 arranged that at 14:30 my order was back at the store! So as a thank you I give 5 * :)

Dnes jsem si byla nechat vyměnit sedýlka a vyčistit brýle ultrazvukem a opět velká spokojenost. Byla tam jiná paní než tenkrát a také byla velmi milá a komunikativní, brýle zkontrolovala, opravila, vyčistila.... Jsem moc spokojená Less than a year ago, I had my glasses made. Paní se hned po vstupu osočila, že měření zraku neprovádí, co to po ní snad chceme, že musíme k lékaři a při výběru brýlí neustále reagovala tak, že jsme z jejích reakcí neustále měli pocit, že ji vším obtěžujeme až nás ještě celou půl hodinu před zavírací dobou požádala o odchod, že už bude zavírat. The absolute reluctance and arrogance of the lady discouraged us from choosing glasses in this store. The lady found out right after entering that her eyesight measurement is not doing what we want her to do, that we have to see a doctor and she constantly reacted when choosing glasses so that we always felt from her reactions that we bothered her with everything for another half hour before closing time she asked to leave that she would close.

J	Jiří Štýrský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Středa 20.10.2021 v 13 hodin jsem šel reklamovat součástku brýlí která byla vyměněna v dubnu 2021. Prodavačka neuznává reklamační řád. Chtěla reklamaci znovu zaplatit. Dodržoval jsem jejich pravidla a měl jsem respirátor. Prodavačka nikoliv. Na můj dotaz proč ho nemá ,vztyčila prostředníček. Budu vše řešit s vedením a tuto provozovnu nedoporučuji. U aiffel optic jsem od začátku co působí na zdejším trhu, ale po této zkušenosti jdu jinam. On Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 1 pm, I went to complain about a part of the glasses that was replaced in April 2021. The saleswoman does not accept the complaint procedure. She wanted to pay the complaint again. I followed their rules and had a respirator. Not the saleswoman. When I asked why she didn't have it, she raised a middle finger. I will solve everything with the management and I do not recommend this establishment. At aiffel optic, I've been working on the local market since the beginning, but after this experience I'm going elsewhere.
T	Tereza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má návštěva zde trvala asi 1minutu. Paní prodavačka neskutečně neochotná, odbyla mě během pár prvních vteřin. Je pravda, že jsem ji vyrušila, když koukala na film/seriál na notebooku, ale přeci jen, její práce je snad pomoci a obsloužit zákazníka. Nerozumím tomu, proč dela praci prodavačky, když evidentně nic prodat nechce. Jeden by řekl, ze taková síť prodejen bude mít nějakou úroveň služeb. My visit here lasted about 1 minute. The saleswoman was incredibly reluctant, she dismissed me within the first few seconds. It's true that I interrupted her while watching a movie / series on a laptop, but still, her job is perhaps to help and serve the customer. I don't understand why she did the saleswoman's work, when she obviously doesn't want to sell anything. One would say that such a network of stores will have some level of service.
