Vrátila se mi se zoxidovanými zipy a částečně odlepenou kapsou. Na stížnost obsluha nejprve reagovala odpovědí typu "to už bylo", a když tato argumentace nevyšla, jen s velkou nechutí a značně nevlídně mi zaměstnanec poskytl formulář na reklamaci. Odpověď na reklamaci byla, že bunda už byla stará, takže na náhradu nemám nárok. Dobře, bundu jsem oželela, mrzí mě ale nepříjemné jednání personálu, jakmile jsem projevila nespokojenost. Po 3. vypraní se většina oblečení srazila(podle mě došlo ke špatnému zvolení programu pro sušení) a vznikla mi tak škoda v hodnotě cca 30.000 Kč.
