★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is generally nice, they have restrooms, a soda machine, a large selection of electronics; however, Electroworld doesn't carry the best pieces and they sell them at relatively high prices. The staff is working hard to be helpful, but their competence and knowledgeability is not the highest. I usually like to come here and just have a look at various displayed items, but rarely buy anything. Interesting is the selection of houshold items, where looking at items in person before buying is useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hum. Didn't have the salemitem.and it wasn't easy finding help, I bought an alternate item that wasn't on sale anyway. Speak Cz or your on your own. Even though it is Vestlice Pruhonice expat city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wide range of white goods that they deliver and install. Bring a translator because it's unlikely you will find someone who speaks anything but Czech. We waited a while before a shop assistant was available to assist us. Fortunately, we were accompanied by a Czech person who spoke Czech (interesting fact - not all Czechs speak Czech after escaping communist Czechoslovakia!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the electro stores in the area. Maybe a bad decissions to go before christmas to buy a laptop for yourself. I was waiting 30 minutes to get someone to help me so i can get the lap top. When i finally got help the worker was knowledgable and was not pushy to buy more expensive, but more for the fit. Highly recommended if you not sure what you want. High class support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to say that I enjoyed really excellent customer service today from Veronika in the Cestlice reklamace department (and aided also by her colleagues in Cestlice - Adam from sales and one other colleague (sorry - didn’t catch his name)).
Really excellent service - way above expectations. I will defo be coming back and will akso recommend to anyone to use this branch.
