Nakup pres eshop, dva tydny nesplnenych slibu, lhani, zdrzovani, zapirani se, tedy pokud se vubec k nekomu dovolate, coz je prakticky nemozne. Nakonec jsem objednavku zrusil, jeste, ze nebyla zaplacena predem. I join the bad reviews here, you really avoid shopping by far. Buy through the e-shop, two weeks of unfulfilled promises, lying, delaying, denying, that is, if you call anyone at all, which is practically impossible. In the end, I canceled the order, even though it was not paid in advance.

Obchod tvrdí, že balíček nedorazil. Komunikace vázne. Přišel jsem o peníze i zboží. Na základě mých zkušeností nedoporučuji nákup přes e-shop. Případně neplaťte předem a zboží si vždy zkontrolujte. I když mají na e-shopu napsáno "naskladnění 3-5 dní", je to již dvanáct dní a stále nic. Žádné informace, neodpovídají na e-mail, zboží zaplaceno a ............... Pokud máte zbytečné peníze a něco nepotřebujete, tak si to tady objednejte, vřele doporučuji. Určitě vás nezklamou. Asi by bylo vhodné informovat Obchodní inspekci.” E-shop tragedy !!! V	Vaclav Hlavacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží objednáno 12.1.2022, dodnes nedorazilo. Přičemž minulý týden jsem byl po mém dotazu na dodání informován, že ve středu zboží naskladní a ihned expedují. Dnes po telefonickém rozhovoru mi bylo řečeno, že za dodání může jejich dodavatel. Z objednaného zboží se čeká jen na kalafunu. Mohli by mi snad místo toho nabídnout jinou, kterou mají skladem, jestli nějakou mají. To by mi nevadilo, stačilo by trochu komunikovat. Snad se letos dočkám. The goods were ordered on 12.1.2022, have not arrived yet. Last week, after my inquiry for delivery, I was informed that on Wednesday the goods would be in stock and shipped immediately. Today, after a telephone conversation, I was told that their supplier was responsible for the delivery. Only rosin is expected from the ordered goods. Maybe they could offer me another one they have in stock, if they have one. I wouldn't mind, it would be enough to communicate a little. I hope to see you this year.
