★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services, They don’t respect you as Human, Their English so poor . For me is the worst bank ever , I advice foreigners to do not open their accounts at this bank . I visited Equa bank from Česka couple of times and Vaňkovka too . I hope who is responsible from Equabank see my comment and fix it ASAP .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the only banks in Czech Republic with total free banking no monthly fees’s. The people are super helpful and my banking experience with their app & online banking is great.
The best thing is if you are foreigner ask for a banker call Petra she speaks great English. Tell them Carl Muies sent you for 100kc bonus. I’m super happy as a foreigner banking here as they also have USD & EUR accounts too. You can use any atm is czech for free.
