K	Karel b. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu uvěřit, že v 21.století ještě může existovat firma ke které se není možné a reálné několik dní ,,dovolat" - asi 20 pokusů dovolat se na mob.telefon firmy i jejich pevnou tel.linku bylo zbytečných, nedočkal jsem se ani odpovědi na SMS zprávu. Jsem rád, že jsem peníze utratil u jiné firmy za jiný obraz. Neměl bych odvahu posílat nemalé peníze na účet firmy za vydražený obraz, která má takové chování vůči zákazníkovi. I can't believe that in the 21st century there can still be a company to which it is not possible and realistic to "call" for several days - about 20 attempts to call the company's mobile phone and their landline were useless, I did not even get an answer I am glad that I spent money at another company for a different image, I would not have the courage to send a lot of money to the company 's account for an auctioned image that has such behavior towards the customer.

Vše vyřešeno profesionálně. Děkuji. p	pavel petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální jednání a totální nezájem. Také mám zkušenost ohledně telefonní a emailové komunikace. Dovolat se je problém, a odpověď na email po 8 urgencích. Požadují doložit veškeré osobní údaje včetně scanu občanky, následně Vám potvrdí, že účet je OK a můžete dražit, ale přihlášení nefunguje. Při řešení problému jsou arogantní, totální nezájem a samé výmluvy proč to nejde a jen odkazují na to, aby člověk čekal. Směšné, když se chcete přihlásit do běžící aukce a oni Vám tvrdí, že mají excelentní IT oddělení, a to nekomunikuje a nic neřeší a než se ozvou(neozvou) tak aukce skončí respektive, než by situaci řešili, tak Vám majitel radši účet zruší. Evidentně sbírají jen údaje od lidí a v rámci aukce asi draží jen vybraná uzavřená skupinka lidí. Vůbec si neváží nové zákazníky. Nedoporučuji tuto aukční síň a je to škoda, protože mají pěkné věci. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and total disinterest. I also have experience with telephone and email communication. Calling is a problem, and a reply to the email after 8 emergencies. They require proof of all personal data, including the citizen's scan, then they will confirm that the account is OK and you can bid, but the login does not work. When solving a problem, there are arrogant, total disinterest and the very excuses why this is not possible and they only refer to the fact that one should wait. Ridiculous, if you want to sign up for a running auction and they tell you that they have an excellent IT department, and it does not communicate and does not solve anything, and before the auction is called, the owner will rather cancel your account than they would solve the situation. Obviously, they only collect data from people, and only a selected closed group of people is probably bidding on the auction. He doesn't value new customers at all. I don't recommend this auction hall and it's a shame because they have nice things.
