★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication with Auction staff. The coins I won was paid 17 days ago but there doesn't give any information about my payment and delivery but only standard emails. I strongly do not recommend co-operating with this auction. Initialized a chargeback.
UPD. Reply to my review: "According to T&C you had agreed before participating it takes up to 8 weeks to ship the order. So your review is not relevant."
I paid invoice and after 14 days got "This is a gentle reminder about our Auction AUC 40 closed 14 days ago. Until today, we have unfortunately not received your payment.".
I sent payment confirmation twice and what?
I got only standard emails like "thank you for informing us,
you will get an automatic email with confirmation, when we will receive your payment."
I got my order (tracking number) next day only after your Wise account was blocked, because I initialized a chargeback.
After this, cooperating with you is complete nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 lots and when the package arrived, they shipped wrong item. I had to return it with DHL but the worst part is they refused to send me the correct item until they receive the wrong one. I spoke with the manager and he promised me to get it shipped. They sent me email with the package tracking number but unfortunately, they didn’t ship, they printed the label only and they never handed over the actual package to FedEx. It’s very cheap shot.they have ZERO customer service and dishonest employees.
Absolutely, I wouldn’t do business with them at all.
I wouldn’t recommend this auction house to anyone. BE AWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over $15,000 on what looked and we’re described as nice lots. Most all have been cleaned, artificially toned, or one of many other faults. Buyer be ware. Very disappointed as I paid up on and was looking forward to what we’re portrayed as great coins. ???
