★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pneuservis jako takový je bez problému, ale objednával jsem v pondělí zimní pneu s tím, že mi dorazí ve středu, max ve čtvrtek (což jsem si ještě připlatil) a teprve ve čtvrtek mi přišel mail, že expedují, tak jsem doufal, že pneu dorazí v pátek. Nedorazilo. Dorazí až v pondělí. Takže přezutí, co jsem si objednal v jiném pneuservisu na pondělí ráno jsem musel ještě v pátek zrušit a musím čekat, jestli pneu opravdu přijde a až pak mohu objednat někde přezutí. Že dojde ke zpoždění se stát může, ale nikdo se ani nenamáhal mě kvůli tomu kontaktovat.
The tire service as such is no problem, but I ordered winter tires on Monday, with them arriving on Wednesday, max on Thursday (which I still paid extra), and only on Thursday I received an e-mail that they were shipping, so I hoped that the tires will arrive on Friday. It didn't arrive. It won't arrive until Monday. So I had to cancel the change, which I ordered at another tire service on Monday morning, on Friday, and I have to wait to see if the tire will really come, and only then can I order a change somewhere. There may be a delay, but no one even bothered to contact me about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem už nikdy víc. Přijel jsem že potřebuji doplnit klimu.
Technik napojil plničku a řekl že tam tlak je a že se evidentně bude jednat o větší problém a auto by tam prý potřeboval na den nechat. Asi aby tam "vyměnili" a naúčtovali kdo ví co. Zajel jsem tedy jinam kde mi za 45 minut doplnili 520 gramů chybějícího chladiva a klima opět běží.

The technician connected the filler and said the pressure was there and that it would obviously be a bigger problem and the car would need to be left there for the day. I guess they would "swap" and charge who knows what. So I drove somewhere else to add 520 grams of missing refrigerant in 45 minutes and the climate is running again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S STK se neshodli na stavu čepů na nápravě. Tak jsem musel zpět na STK a osobně pod auto. Jeden čep špatný, ale ne všechny včetně axiálních táhel. Ušetřeno 12 tisíc. Doporučuji značnou opatrnost, rádi opraví i to co je dobré.
Doplnění: Auto samozřejmě závadu mělo, jinak bych do servisu nejezdil. Levá strana a axiální dělány minulou STK zn. Lemforder, vadný čep byl na pravé, kde dole bohužel zůstal starší Starline. Cena za osobní exkurzi pod vůz na STK 150 Kč, děkuji. Cena za čep Lemforder z motora.cz 476 Kč + práce + geometrie. Jo, a jako bonus nechali auto celou noc venku odemčené a že v tom problém nevidí.

Addition: The car obviously had a defect, otherwise I do not ride service. Left side and axial made by the last STL brand Lemforder, defective pin was on the right, where unfortunately remained the older Starline. The price for a personal tour of the car for MOT 150 CZK, thank you. Price per pin Lemförder of motora.cz 476 CZK + work + geometry. Oh, and as a bonus left the car unlocked all night and that he does not see a problem.
