★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Několikrát mi zde opravovali různá sluchátka. Nikdo se nedohadoval a udělali to na počkání (kabely). Personál byl příjemný. Byli mi schopni zjistit údaje o ztracené registraci. Jen ta dopravní dostupnost MHD je za trest.:))
I have been repairing various headphones here several times. Nobody argued and they did it while you wait (cables). The staff was friendly. I was able to find out about lost registration. Only the public transport accessibility is a punishment :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za doživotní záruku sluchátek Koss platíte cenu v podobě servisního střediska ve velkoskladu uprostřed ničeho. Nechce se mi věřit, že to není záměr. Oceňuji vstřícnou obsluhu a kvalitně provedené opravy.
For the lifetime warranty of Koss headphones, you pay the price in the form of a service center in a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. I can't believe it's not the intention. I appreciate the friendly service and quality repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi dobrá zkušenost, před několika lety jsem si koupil Nuvo a nyní mi bohužel přestalo fungovat. Odvezl jsem ho na pozáruční servis a už druhy den mi volali, že Nuvo je opravené a mohu si ho vyzvednout.
Kdyby takhle fungovali všechny servisy.
Mohu jen doporučit - skvělý přístup.
Very good experience, I bought a Nuvo a few years ago and now unfortunately it has stopped working for me. I took him to the after-sales service and the next day they called me that the Nuvo was repaired and I could pick it up.
If that's how all services work.
I can only recommend - great approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokaždé s nimi řeším reklamace sluchátek KOSS Porta Pro v rámci doživotní záruky. Vždy mi vyšli vstříc a poslali funkční sluchátka. Když k tomu přičtu fakt, že jsou reklamace vždy velmi rychle vyřízeny, nezbývá mi nic jiného než společnost doporučit a dát 5 hvězdiček.
I always deal with KOSS Porta Pro headphones with them within the lifetime warranty. They always catered to me and sent functional headphones. Add to that the fact that complaints are always handled very quickly, all I can do is recommend the company and give it 5 stars.
