★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zde si peníze rozhodně nesměňujte. Kurzy a poplatky jsou naprosto mimo a okradou vás o peníze. Navíc drzá obsluha s velmi nesympatickým a nevstřícným pánem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ po návratu ze zahraničí jsme se rozhodli se známým vyměnit si v Šantovce v Olomouci peníze. Měnili jsme si každý částku, která nepřekročila 800eur.
Pán na přepážce byl velmi neochotný a arogantní. Tuto zkušenost s ním mám již z minulosti. Začal po mně křičet, že když jsme spolu, tak má po nás právo vyžadovat OP. I přesto, že si každý měnil své peníze.
Zvýšeným hlasem mi sdělil, ať už vícekrát nechodím.
Kdybychom nepotřebovali přímo do Šantovky, tak po předchozích zkušenostech se této směnárně obloukem vyhnu.
Odmítnul sdělit kontakt na odpovědnou osobu
Takový nerespekt a aroganci jsem nezažila. Měli by jste pro kontakt s veřejností zaměstnávat příjemné lidi, co si váží práce.
