★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy the voucher for Clash of Teams, first of all they sent the wrong voucher to my email, twice, I called them to explain the situation and get the right voucher, they advertise that they have game in EN and when you call they do not speak EN, anyway my partner called in CZ and we were requested to forward the wrong email received to an email address, I did and I never got a reply back. So I decided to call again, and when I asked if someone could speak EN I was told that yes, the person that was on the phone did speak EN, but when I started to explain the situation she hanged up on me. We tried to call, but she did not even picked up the phone, she hanged up directly, and later on she blocked my calls. Worst customer service ever experienced.
