R	Radek Václavík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vůbec nedoporučuji a varuji před posláním věci přepravcem FOFR středisko LB EXPRES VAN s.r.o.. Odesílatel mi poslal materiál tímto přepravcem a já ho stále nemám. 25.2 přišel email že budou zboží doručovat a nikdo nepřijel. Když jsme druhý dne volal tak se vymlouvaly že oni žádný email neposílají že lžu pak zase že to neposílají oni ale počítač atd. Chování hrozný k zákazníkovi. Nakonec jsem se dopátral k tomu že tam zboží leží a nemají tam žádné auto co by to mohlo odvést (tváří se jako paletová doprava a vozí to asi osobákama) a že prej shánějí auto, že oni nemají žádnou dodávku. Jedná se o paletu 100kg vysokou pár cm a šířka 3m což není nic velkého. Když jsem argumentoval proč to teda braly na doručení když nemají žádné auta na rozvoz tak jsem se dozvěděl že jim to přišlo kamionem a co tam teď s tím mají dělat. Podle domluvy to mohlo klapnout dnes ráno ale zase nic. Jednání hrůza nikdy vice tohoto dopravce Expres Van. I do not recommend and warn at all against sending the item by the carrier FOFR center LB EXPRES VAN s.r.o .. The sender sent me the material by this carrier and I still do not have it. 25.2 an email arrived that they would deliver the goods and no one arrived. When we called the next day they made excuses that they do not send any email that they lie then again that they do not send it but the computer etc. Behavior terrible to the customer. In the end, I found out that the goods are lying there and they don't have a car there that could take it away (they look like pallet transport and it is probably carried by passengers) and that they are probably looking for a car, that they have no van. It is a pallet 100 kg a few cm high and 3 m wide, which is nothing big. When I argued why they took it for delivery when they don't have any cars for delivery, I learned that it came to them by truck and what to do with it now. According to the agreement, it could have worked this morning, but again nothing. Negotiating horror has never been more of this carrier Express Van.
M	Miloslav Trejbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já mám s touto firmou jen a jen dobré skusenosti posílám léta a i z Bratislavy mi chodí zboží včas a zatím vždy vše dorazilo v pořádku k plné spokojenosti jednou se mi stalo že jsem měl už z Bratislavy zboží druhý den v Liberci. Trejbal. I have only sent good experience with this company for years and I also get goods from Bratislava on time and so far everything has always arrived in good satisfaction once it happened to me that I already had goods from Bratislava the next day in Liberec.
