Paní prodavačka nedokázala ani rozeznat sedák dámský nebo pánský a když to nenašla na žádné cedulce, tak si stěžovala, proč to tam není napsané a že budou teda asi UNI a ty růžové dle barvy pravděpodobně dámské. Sedák jsme si nakonec vybrali sami podle svých zkušeností, a to, že paní prodavačka neuměla dát sedák ani do pytlíku, jež byl součástí a předala nám ho rozbalený s tím, ať si ho raději sbalíme sami, že tomu očividně rozumíme víc a nechtěla by nám to zničit, snad ani nekomentuji. Vzpomínáme na časy, kdy v Rockpointu pracovali sporťáci, kteří se v odvětví pohybovali a dokázali poradit a neumím si představit, že bych tam přišla jako úplně nezkušený začátečník a chtěla si vybrat např. lezečky a nikdo by mi nebyl schopný poradit třeba ve velikosti a dalších důležitých věcech. Tak snad příště narazíme na personál, který bude jako ryba ve vodě. We remember the times when Rockpoint worked in sports, who moved in the industry and were able to advise, and I can't imagine that I would come there as a completely inexperienced beginner and want to choose, for example, climbers and no one would be able to advise me, for example in size and more. important things. So maybe next time we come across a staff who will be like a fish in water.
