★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as nice as some of the Intercontinental hotels we have stayed in. Never-the-less this hotel offers all the facilities you expect from the brand. Spacious well furnished rooms, very comfortable beds, welcoming staff and location. Well positioned in the Jewish Quarter between the river and Old Town Square. The hotel provides a quiet haven away from the maddening crowd yet is within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions. Highly recommended for your Prague holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, central walking distance for just about all the most popular sights. Rooms are a little dated yet very clean. Service is outstanding and sunset at the rooftop is a must. The rooftop restaurant was much better than expected, for a hotel, as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location! Staff from top to bottom were flawless and spoke very good English. Amenities provided were best I had while staying in Europe. I didn't eat there during my 3 nights so can't comment on the food. The other thing I will say is that it was busy even during winter, but never felt overcrowded. I would attribute this to the having garnered such a good reputation.

The service and food were incomparable; I cannot forget the taste of the sweet and sour fried dumpling with tofu and veggies, pickles and steamed mushrooms.
The room was clean and spacious. And the hotels location is very near to the Old Town Square.
The things that I didn’t like is that I had to wait for my room from 10am till 3:30pm to get it cleaned when I first arrived and my view wasn’t the best.
But, overall, I enjoyed my stay and my ride to the airport was on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly. The best thing was the gym at their W spa. It's probably the best gym I've been to with equipment even outdoors so u can workout outside when the weather is nice. Also have personal trainers. Very clean and modern equipment at the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with very clean surroundings. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with wi fi. Hotel restaurant has a fantastic breakfast buffet with anything you might desire. Indoor and outdoor lounge areas were extremely clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river walk and river. Many great architectural sights, eateries, and shops within a 1 to 8 block walk from the hotel. Enjoy!

I came here for a weekend getaway with my fiancee, and the service and helpfulness of the staff was amazing.
Our river view room was spacious and up to date.
As a Spire Elite member I got four comped cocktails at the hotel bar, which added a nice touch.
We will definitely come back to try the rooftop restaurant and the Spa.
