Co mě ale nejvíc překvapilo byla blesková rychlost při řešení reklamace, kdy jsem bez zbytečných dotazů dostal nový díl výměnou v ten samý den, vyřízení reklamace tedy trvalo 2 hodiny. Tak to je hodně skvělé, možno většina lidí s tim se ne budu trápit za para korun, none já. Možno nikomu padají pečení holubi, no ne mne Tak že prosím dát na to pozor co se tade můžete kupit za svoje PENÍZE!!!! Radsej odporucam priplatit za drahsi diel v inej predajny aby ste neskoncily ako ja.... Ani nehovorim otom ako som vyzeral v dvoch autoservisoch kde som diel dal menit.... Tato predajna su podvodníci... V den kdy dorazila k prodejci tak byla reklamace vyřízená k mé spokojenosti. Pán semnou celý čas reklamace komunikoval a dával mi všechny potřebné informace o stavu reklamace do emailu spolu s foto dokumentací. Byl sem taky řádné obeznámen jak mám v dané situaci/reklamaci postupovat. Co mi nebylo jasný mi bylo patřičné vysvětleno. Vůbec bych se nebál u tohoto prodejce nakupovat i v budoucnu a v případě potřeby i reklamovat. Vřele doporučuji. Profesionální přístup. I am very satisfied with the approach to complaints.
