★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice old building turned into hotel. There are good and not so good things here, however the overall impression is really positive. The rooms are nice, there are lots of amenities, breakfast is good and the staff is really helpful. The biggest plus is location - next to the main train station and close to the old city.
One advice - avoid rooms on the 5th floor next to the machine room because the noise is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prague was heavily booked but the Hotel Falkensteiner still gave us a great deal! The service was a cut above just about all others we’ve stayed in 2 months and now over 3000 km cycling across Europe from Northern Spain. Bed great, couch provided in an adequate sized room, mini-bar available and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was included in the price and the range of food available was the best of all hotels so far. However, above all, the attitude of staff was superb led by front-of-house management.... couldn’t do enough to help with personalised arrangements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel and I must admit that I rarely evaluate something with full stars ;) The best value is very very friendly and helpful personal. Good location in center. Rooms quite good (maybe beds can be little bit bigger - but was comfortable, toilet was clean. Hotel has included nice welness with 2 saunas. Breakfast was also very tasty. I can strongly recommend this middle size hotel, which made my stay in Prag very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars is just about right for this place. It is an old style building turned into a hotel and one of the best transformations I've ever seen. Rooms are spacious, flat screen TV, 1 long block away from the city centre. The downside is that the staff are undertrained. They don't give you the information about their services up front, they seem a bit confused, during breakfast 2 staff members kept talking to each other. Breakfast ends at 12 during the weekends which is great but as soon as it's 12 they start cleaning and moving stuff away which is a big no-no in this industry: you don't start cleaning before your last guest leaves. The toilet seat is a bit high which was weird and the shower is weirdly designed - that and the staff are what prevents it from being a 5 star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room nice and clean at first glance but was greated with toe nail clippings underfoot which makes me think the house keeping could be better. The breakfast was good but after a few days the variation was not all that great. The staff were polite but attendance at breakfast could have been better as most people were having to ask for tea and coffee. Generally I would recommend the hotel which is located well to see all the sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great located hotel, with very welcoming personnel. Quiet rooms equipped with a coffee machine for free, amazing comfortable bed.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing!!!!
2 reasons I haven't rated it as a 5 star:
1. The wifi is very slow, although I had full connection strength.
2. We stayed with a baby, there is no stroller accessibility from the street.
In Bottom line, very high quality hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great hotel, careful details, top quality customer service, friendly service and a great atmosphere. the price for 2 nights, with parking, dog tax and breakfast is more than fair, admitting a value for money of 9/10. Very abundant and tasty breakfast, the location of the hotel is unbeatable, being a few minutes from most of the tourist spots. As a plus, when we bring our dog we find a welcome kit for him. Much appreciated. We will definitely return.
To thank the entire hotel team for the way they treated us on the weekend of 14-16.08.2020.
