M	Mathieu HEROUARD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest. This hotel is a Big big shame !!! To flee urgently. We did not have the possibility to go because of the closure of the borders linked to the Covid and 6 months later, they still have not refunded us the 661 euros of the booking. These people do not deserve to work.
G	Gunnar Westerling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect fit for us! As a group of students who wanted to party in prague for a few days this was the best hostel we could ever imagine! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the hostel is very near to the center of the city and it is really affordable. The facility isn't of high class, but clean and offered everything we needed. Also, (of course moderate) noise during night was tolerated. But the best thing was the nice surprise of a refrigerator in the room! Would recommend and probably will come again :)

Plus we had to pay for bedsheets and towels. Also, the rooms differ from the photos. Absolute scam, better pick a different place.
M	Mr Oldale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are really polite, especially the Syrian guy on reception. He was very helpful and friendly. Other than that, there’s not much to like about this place. I paid for a comfort double room with a shared shower between 2 rooms, but this was out of order so we had to use the communal shared showers. £55 per night to have to use shared showers, seriously?... it should also be noted that EVERY room in this hostel has a shared shower. In my opinion, this place is grossly over priced for what you get. Other things to note: There’s no elevator/lift No air conditioning Very loud as the wooden windows are like paper + you’ll need to leave them open as it’s so hot. Curtains are pointless, you can literally see through them Pillows are pointless as they are so thin There is NO maid service any day you stay - if you want your room cleaned and new towels you have to pay extra - seriously, for £55 per night and there is no maid service The location - 13 minutes walk to old town square For the money there are much better places to stay and I would NOT recommend anyone else to stay here for this price. What a total rip off!!

Beds can be broken when sitting in extremely poor quality. the owner of the hotel is also aware of the poor quality of the beds, so he feels the need to check.
R	Rebeca Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place! I stayed here about a week ago, I booked a private room with shared showers. For the cost (~50 euros) I was expecting more. The rooms are smelly, the beds are not comfortable, the shared showers and toilets are not clean. What I disliked the most was the fact that on my check-in and check-out the reception was closed, so I had the wait outside until the cleaning lady came to open the front door, and I checked in before 7 pm on a Saturday. Location is the only good thing about this place.
