★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an example: somehow I booked twice for same days. I wasn't aware of that but on the reception they informed me about it. Refunding was not possible however were very helpful and solution oriented. I received same amount voucher. Thankyou for your honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well designed, clean, new and in a fantastic location. The staff is helpful and friendly too! Wi-Fi works great and the beds are comfortable. It is dog friendly which is a bonus and there are plenty of (paid) parking opportunities nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel with very friendly attendants. Rooms are nicely designed, restaurant has good food. Removed one star because you have to make cash deposit to be able to use the hotel tablet to watch movies… wasn’t cool at all.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who comes to Prague should stay here. Seriously. I stayed in the hostel a while ago but I have yet to come across such a lovely boutique hostel. It’s super clean and modern, and the beds are arranged in such a way that there’s some privacy. I’m a bit picky when it comes to hostels but this one is more like a hotel. The bathroom is ensuite in each room and also super clean, although I would suggest more towels for the floor. For the price it’s unbeatable. You are right in the centre of Prague, and near the station. There’s also a nice restaurant attached to the hostel and the price seems reasonable but I haven’t tried them. The staff are friendly too. If I ever return to Prague I will stay here again.

This hostel/hotel is very close to city centre..
Pros -
1. When i entered the room, it was spotless. Neatly arranged and looked very fresh.
2. Towels are changed everyday! Bathroom and washrooms are very well maintained.
3. My room was very spacious with a lot of sunlight and fresh air.
4. Breakfast was really good! "Excellent and healthy" breakfast.
5. Very friendly staffs always willing to help. 24/7 the reception is open, so late check in and early check out is possible.
Cons -
It's not a negative thing. It would be nicer, if they could provide small bottles of shampoo and conditioner!
Overall it's the best in Prague.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
