★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and some speak English. They always help me if I have any issue. Their bank accounts have no fees. Only negative is their ATM only gives money and does not take money. You have to go in for a deposit.

Fio Bank was great in 2010-2015, but small profit margins meant that customer service began to fail . A recent "Apple-Pay" authorization led to an 800 euro theft from my debit card, which the bank then blamed on me. They do not warn their customers about the risks involved. Fraud should be treated as fraud, and not blamed on the customers. Please consider listening to your customers rather than the vendors offering new platforms for thieves. Thank You. -Tim O.
