M	Marty Janík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's any other means of getting to your destination, better use it. Use flixbus only when necessary. I recommend you even České dráhy over these. Always late, impolite drivers with anger issues and wildly used by people without any hygiene knowledge.
B	Brandon Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually a decent option to the train. We compared each leg of our trip by train and bus. Many times the bus was quicker and cheaper. Somewhat cramped, but once u are in, its ok. Comfortable seats, outlets, air. Always paid the couple extra $ to get a seat w a table and in front. Tip- dont buy travel tix in advance from usa. Always buy tix at your location the day before at train station and save a ton, rail travel anyway.
J	Jan Diblík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever on time. If you have any other option it is definitely better. 10 minutes before departure - app says "on time", 5 minutes later sms notification that bus will be 50-60 minutes late.
J	Jozef Duhacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valid for BRNO only! Can't tell for any other place. Disaster. Based on ticket requirements,, you have to be there 15 minutes before departure. There is info about departing position on the ticket, however, as I was told by the guy in the booth, the busses are randomly standing anywhere on the parking field outside of any bus stops. Previous time I've been doing that for 45 minutes - running around like idiot and checked out five other busses before I turned to the guy in booth who confirmed me it's one hour late because the app didn't show any delay. The bus stood at start of the bus station. This time I've been more cautious and 5 minutes after it was already late i (I was there 20 minutes) went to query about it to the booth. While I was standing in queue a bus (the same line and even same time as before) came to the other end of the bus station outside of any parking slot and left after a while, and the guy in the booth confirmed me that it was my bus. No, never again with this company. They don't have a departure table, so you must go see the guy, wait in the queue and run after every bus to check out if it's not yours. Anything is better than this. It's direct competitor Regiojet is so much better, even if they don't have their app.
K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flix bus is great. Never met a bad driver. One problem though, if you buy a "front seat" ticket for extra money flix bus crew will act like the first row isnt the front seat and move you to the second row so assistant bus driver can have the first row..
M	Marcel Biot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was dekayed 30 min from Vienna to Brno. The worst part is that no info was given at anytime. The bus was clean and comfortable but the driver played loud music and did not care whether the passengers liked it or not. On the way back from Brno to Vienna, no info on the platform no was given. When asked at the info desk, he said “it can stop anywhere in the station!” Rude and not helpful.
b	bikash panta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time traveling with this bus!!! Bus and seat is good and comfortable!!! Timing is not so best !!! I am traveling right now!!! From Vienna to Prague from 9:30 to 13:35 !! It say free WiFi but at first 10 minutes it work and after it stopped working!! I asked with the driver and another staff they told me NO WiFi in rude voice!!!! Power outlets is also not working!!! Other passengers is also complaining about power outlets but they don’t care!!! They are busy chatting with each other!!!But in web it said free WiFi and power outlets !!! This bus is direct service it didn’t stop on the way!! If you have to drink or eat please buy before onboard!!!
