★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue in the past. Was purchased a ticket, but I saw in my bank statement that I was charged three times for it. Of course contacted the company and sent evidences. They promised that issue will be solved. Waited one month - nothing happened. So I call them again. They said this is still investigated. I realised that company would not solve the issue and contacted my bank and claimed fraud charge. The bank solve the issue only for two days and overcharged money was returned. The company staff never contacted me anymore as they promised. After this issue I stop using this company, and it even don't missing me.
