Slečna s evidentně základním vzděláním (nic ve zlém) má naučenou větičku (pozor nepřerušovat nebo se ztratí ?), že se mohu obrátit na vlastního reklamačního technika (co to mele ?)... U sportovní obuvi za 3700 Kč odlepená podrážka po druhém použití... neuznáno s vyjádřením, že k reklamaci nedošlo neprodleně po zjištění vady. Ano, podrážka se odlepila ráno, a ano den jsem v nich odchodil, náhradní boty s sebou nenosím. Mimo jiné reklamováno druhý týden od zakoupení.
Nezbývá bohužel nic než žaloba. Doufám, že nezkrachují dříve než bude závěr. Určitě tedy Foot Locker nedoporučuji.
Korekce: po písemné výzvě byla reklamace uznána.

A young lady with obviously basic education (nothing wrong) has a learned sentence (be careful not to interrupt or get lost ?) that I can turn to my own complaint technician (what a grind ?) ... For sports shoes for 3700 CZK a detached sole after the second use ... not acknowledged with the statement that the complaint did not occur immediately after the defect was discovered. Yes, the sole came off in the morning, and yes I left in them during the day, I don't carry spare shoes with me. Among other things, claimed the second week after purchase.
Unfortunately, there is nothing left but a lawsuit. I hope they don't go bankrupt until the end. So I definitely don't recommend Foot Locker.
Correction: after a written request, the complaint was accepted.
