★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Deichmannu už zapomněli i jednoduché počty.. 50% sleva z 249Kč je podle nich 199Kč. Tohle beru jako klamání zákazníka a i přes upozornění jim to nevadí a cedulka stále zůstává.
In Deichmann they have forgotten even simple numbers .. 50% discount from 249CZK is 199CZK. I take this as deceiving the customer and despite the warning, they don't mind and the sign still remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z Deichmannu obecně mám jen špatné zkušenosti - žádné boty mi nevydržely déle než pár měsíců - poslední tenisky vydržely tak tři týdny. Už proto bych Deichmann nedoporučila nikomu. Se zárukou vždy nějaký nepochopitelný problém.
V tomto konkrétním Deichmannu byla navíc dost arogantní obsluha. Prodávají poškozené boty (s urvanou látkou na jazyku boty) a když se člověk zeptá na slevu, pročež byly své velikosti poslední a nejbližší až v Brně, odpověď zní, že by na slevu muselo být poškozeno aspoň 10 % boty. To by mě fakt zajímalo, jak by ty boty vypadaly a kdo by je koupil.
Prodávat očividně poškozené boty za plnou cenu je jedna věc - ale přístup prodavačky: “No, to mě nezajímá, to je váš problém.”, který zde byl předveden, byla už taková třešnička na dortu.
Deichmannovi už z mé strany odzvonilo, raději se zaměřím na obchody, kde peníze nebudu házet jen tak z okna. ??
I generally have only bad experiences from Deichmann - no shoes lasted more than a couple of months - the last sneakers lasted for three weeks. That's why I wouldn't recommend Deichmann to anyone. With a warranty always an incomprehensible problem.
Moreover, there was enough arrogance in this particular Deichmann. They sell damaged shoes (with a cloth on the tongue) and when you ask for a discount, why they were the last and closest in Brno, the answer is that at least 10% of the shoe would have to be damaged. I wonder what the shoes would look like and who would buy them.
Selling apparently damaged shoes at full price is one thing - but the saleswoman's attitude: "Well, I don't care, that's your problem." That was shown here was already the icing on the cake.
Deichmann has already rung on my side, I want to focus on shops where I won't just throw money out of the window. ??
