Barber Hedvi, umí sice točit nůžkami, ale za celkovou péči v rozmezí 40 min jsem čekal daleko více. Vybral jsem si tuto službu : Barber střih & úprava vousu (hot towel břitva/shaver) 760,- Střih, masáž hlavy, speciální ošetření, mytí, vysušení, úprava kontur a obočí, Hot Towel holení, břitva nebo shaver, péče, aplikace kolínské Monsieur - masaz hlavy nebyla poskytnuta - hot towel nebyl poskytnut - úprava obočí neprovedena - speciální ošetření ? Nedovedu si představit co si mám pod tím představit, každopádně nějaké speciální ošetření jsem nepocitil - břitva nebyla použita vůbec na krk !!! - pouze strojek !!! - pokud berete jako péči, dobrý den, posadte se tady - tak PROVEDENO - mytí neprovedeno - žvýkání s otevřou pusou mi nepřijde moc profesionální, spíše odpudivé Zde už nikdy !!! Děkuji za zpětnou vazbu s nějakou alternativou ohledně spokojenosti zákazníka. Good day, After yesterday's visit to Barber, I was very disappointed that I would not come here again! I chose this service: Barber cut & beard adjustment (hot towel razor / shaver) 760, - Cutting, head massage, special treatment, washing, drying, contouring and eyebrow shaping, Hot Towel shaving, razor or shaver, care, application of Cologne Monsieur - head massage was not provided - A hot towel was not provided - eyebrow shaping not performed - special treatment? I can't imagine what I should imagine under that, anyway, I didn't feel any special treatment - the razor was not used at all on the neck !!! - only machine !!! - if you take care as a good day, sit here - so DONE - washing not performed - chewing with an open mouth doesn't seem very professional to me, rather repulsive Never here again !!! Thank you for your feedback with some alternative regarding customer satisfaction.
P	Petr Doležel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má poslední návštěva nedopadla vůbec dobře a s mou zkušenosti nejsem vůbec spokojený, střih vypadal odpudivě a neodpovídal mým požadavkům, dávám dvě hvězdy, protože prostředí je pěkné a jsou tam i fajn barbers, jedná se pouze o špatnou situaci. Tři mladí barbeři se sotva obtěžovali mne pozdravit a hodinu před zavírací dobou mi sdělili, že již zavřeli kasu a tudíž si nic koupit nemohu. Hlavně, že jste si hoši stihli zajít pro večeři do mekáče, nulová ochota a žádný profesionální vztah k práci. I wanted to have my beard cut and buy oil. The three young barbers barely bothered to greet me, and an hour before closing time they told me that they had already closed the cash register and therefore could not buy anything. Mainly that you guys managed to go to dinner for dinner, zero willingness and no professional relationship to work.

I turned to them, as the only Barbershop that works after 7 pm. Before the haircut, Barber was shown a previous photo of my haircut, As there was a language barrier, To which Barber reacted well and said that he understood everything. The result: a spoiled haircut , a spoiled mood for the week ahead, money thrown away and time wasted. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS PLACE
