★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agent at Fortuna at Campus Square who worked there today - Michaela, was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I understand if she doesn't speak English, but no need to be arrogant about it. Just as she judged me for not speaking Czech properly (which I am learning) I could have easily judged her for not speaking English in 2019, at least some basics. And you work in Campus Square for god's sake, hundreds of foreigners work and study in the vicinity. Situations like these leave a bad image about Brno for foreigners, I don't get how she doesn't understand that.
