★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní špatné zkušenosti v Letňanech musím konstatovat naprostou spokojenost s obsluhou na Proseku. Prodavačka byla milá, ochotná, poradila nám a vše jsme vyřídili během pár minut. Nesrovnatelný rozdíl mezi ní a prodavačkou v Letňanech!
 After today's bad experience in Letňany, I have to state complete satisfaction with the staff at Prosek. The saleswoman was nice, helpful, advised us and we did everything in a few minutes. An incomparable difference between her and the saleswoman in Letňany!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ještě se mi nestalo, že by na dveřích nebyla cedulka "přijdu hned" a to nehledě na čas, kdy tam přijdu. (A to už jsem to zkoušel několikrát v různé časy)
It has never happened to me that there was no "I'll be right there" sign on the door, regardless of the time when I would get there. (And I've tried it several times at different times)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé jsem využila automat na vyvolání fotografii na počkání. Mají zde automaty dva, takže super. A obsluha je jednoduchá. Byla jsem za pět minut vyřízená. Paní prodavačka celkem v pohodě, jen chyběl úsměv. Ale za mne spokojenost, co jsem potřebovala s tím jsem odešla.
For the first time I used a machine to call up a photo while you wait. They have two machines, so great. And operation is simple. I was done in five minutes. Mrs. saleswoman pretty cool, just missing a smile. But for me the satisfaction of what I needed with that I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespokojenost - průkazová a dokladová fotografie má určitá pravidla, mj. by měla být trochu vidět ramena. Zde dostanete fotografii pouze s velkou hlavou. Myslím, že by prodavačka měla být proškolena v oboru a doporučila bych i příjemnější vystupování. Fotolab CEWE u Billy na Proseku nedoporučuji.
Dissatisfaction - ID and documentary photography has certain rules, among other things, the shoulders should be a little visible. Here you get a photo with only a big head. I think that the saleswoman should be trained in the field and I would recommend a more pleasant demeanor. I do not recommend the CEWE photo lab at Billy na Prosek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Předvánoční šrumec 2.advent paní ochotná ,usměvavá a ještě pořádně poradí. Budu sem chodit jen když tu bude ona je boží. Mám už vymyšlené dárky díky ní. Moc krát děkuji. Více takových lidí a svět by byl jednoduší a hezčí.
Pre-Christmas rumble 2.advent lady willing, smiling and still really happy. I'll only come here if she's here. I already have fancy gifts thanks to her. Thank you very much. More such people and the world would be simpler and nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Заказывали в фотостудии несколько фотокниг. 2 из них сделали прям идеально, а одну не очень качественно. Я так понимаю, качество печати зависит от человека, который управляет станком.
Спасибо за ответ :) Я понимаю, что можно рекламацию оформить, но кингк нужно было срочно дарить. В ней проблема была с очень сильными синими цветами, которые перебивали другие.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chapu ze personal chce pauzu na obed. Ale neslo by ji pevne stanovit a pak dat tuto informaci zakaznikum tady na googlu a na dverich prodejny? Uvadet klamave ze je otevreno nepretrzite neni uplne korektni. Jak mam vedet, kdy prijit, aby bylo otevreno..?
aktualizace - dne 28.1. 2022 se opakovala stejná situace - přišla jsem si vyzvednout objednávku (kolem poledne) a na dveřích oznam, že bude otevřeno za 20 minut. Opět výpadek personálu? Bude někdy možné si na prodejně vyzvednout objednávku? Je takový problém stanovit obědovou přestávku a tu umístit na prodejnu?

update - on 28.1. In 2022, the same situation was repeated - I came to pick up the order (around noon) and announce on the door that it will be open in 20 minutes. Staff failure again? Will it ever be possible to pick up an order at the store? Is it such a problem to set a lunch break and place it in a store?
