Namísto toho, aby hodnotily chovatelské potreby-myslím,že za ty léta má mnoho stálych a spokojených zákazníků a lidi i zvířatka se na tohle misto rádi vracejí.Za mně,pro milou a rozhodně kvalifikovanou obsluhu-která poradí a pomůže jak to jde....co se jenom tak dnes v každém zverimexu nevidí. Zasilky do systemu nacitaji s nekolika dennim zpozdenim protoze je to dle zamestnankyne “moc prace a nema na to cas”. Dle VOP Zasilkovny zasilka ma byt do systemu zadana ihned po jejim prijeti nebot v tuto chvili je ona ten kdo ruci za doruceni. Na tuto vydejnu dnesnim dnem byla podana stiznost. Arrogance! J	Jan Šíp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby to šlo, nedal bych ani jednu hvězdu.... Rozhodně nedoporučuji jako výdejní místo Zásilkovny. Poprvé můj balíček hledali asi 15 minut (ten nakonec našli), podruhé po 20minutovém čekání balíček nenašli vůbec. Vzali si tel. kontakt na mě, ale vůbec se neozvali. Když jsme tam volali, zjistili jsme, že můj balíček dali někomu jinému. Když jsme se ptali na řešení, slečna řekla že to bude řešit Zásilkovna a nic víc ji nezajímalo, přestože to byla chyba výdeje a ne Zásilkovny. Radši jinam... If I could, I wouldn't give a single star .... I definitely do not recommend the Mailbox as a dispensing point. The first time they searched for my package for about 15 minutes (they finally found it), the second time after waiting for 20 minutes they did not find the package at all. They took the phone contact to me, but did not answer at all. When we called there, we found out that they had given my package to someone else. When we asked for a solution, the young lady said that it would be handled by the Mail Order and she was not interested in anything more, even though it was the fault of the delivery and not the Mail Order. Better elsewhere ...

s	sarka farka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pátek 29.4. jsem byla za 5 minut 20.00 v prodejně, kdy mi paní prodavačka velmi arogantně sdělila, že už je 20.00 a má zavřeno a přitom počítala kasu. Ve 20.01 již šla po parkovišti se 2 pejsky. Přitom otvírací doba je do 20.00 hodin. Friday 29.4. I was in the store in 5 minutes at 8 pm, when the saleswoman told me very arrogantly that it was already 8 pm and it was closed and she was counting the cash register. At 20.01 she was already walking around the parking lot with 2 dogs. The opening hours are until 8 pm.
