★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Required painkillers for quite severe toothache. Very professional and friendly chemist assisted with clear instructions of the choices we had and also advice on consumption of tablets with other medication. I wish this type of service existed in my country of residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, anything can happen during your vacation. You might need something from pharmacy. First of all, this pharmacy has been on the same spot since 1488, so it is amazing that you can get your pills or whatever in the oldest existing pharmacy in the country. Secondly, it is on the main road leading to the Prague castle, so easy to find. They have everything you need, stuff is experienced, very well educated and knowledgable about products they sell or even make there. They are fluent in many languages. So perfect spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a 0, they are racists and they don’t respect you, there is a women with glasses she gave me a wrong medicine and she didn’t want to change it. They are so racist and bad people. Never go there they steal your money. I’m from Spain and she was insulting me in her language and shouting at me.

A pharmacy is not a place of entertainment or tourist attraction, so it’s a big deal if you go there thinking it’s open, but it’s not. It is important to have up to date opening hours on Google or readily accessible. To ask people to go on a website to find the hours is unacceptable with technology as we have nowadays. Also, not everyone has internet here as a tourist…
As others have said, it was closed on a Saturday and we need medicine quickly.
