G	Gulinak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x mě tu desinformovali. Nejdriv jsem si tam chtel koupit jeden gel u ktereho mi sdelili, ze je na predpis a není! Musel jsem diky tomu absolvovat další zbytecnou navstevu na kožní! Podruhe mi doktorka predepsala jeden lek u ktereho mi bylo sdeleno, ze uz se rok nevyrabi. Po dalším hovoru s doktorkou, ktera nechapala a rikala, ze tento lek nahradu nema a ze by mel byt normalne dostupny jsem po navsteve jine lekarny alespon dostal informaci, ze ma vyrobce pul roku vypadek. Rozhodne uzitecnejsi a uplna informace misto te, ze se lek uz rok nevyrabi... Takze radeji chodim jinam. They misinformed me twice. For the second time, the doctor prescribed me a medicine for which I was told that it would not be produced for a year. After another conversation with the doctor, who did not understand and said that this medicine had no replacement and that it should be normally available, after visiting another pharmacy, I at least received information that the manufacturer had a outage for half a year. Definitely more useful and complete information instead of the fact that the drug will not be produced for a year ... So I prefer to go elsewhere.

Celé to podtrhuje sprosté jednáni paní vedoucí! Tento podvod již ohlášen na SUKL I recommend not going to this pharmacy. There is no medicine inside the package !! S	Summerbreeze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service really depends on the individual in this pharmacy. Just another poor Czech customer service. They don't know anything about Pharmacology. Even pharmacist have to look up dosage for calcium on the internet, and cashiers don't know what GABA is.
R	Richard Baráth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped pharmacy in Dejvice. They also make different drops and meds on their own so it can happen that they have the prescription meds that other nearby pharmacies dont have. The customer service was also nice but i communicated in Czech this time.
