Hrabia Franciszek urodzony 26 lipca 1854 roku w Libercu, zmarł 20 stycznia1930 roku w Frýdlant - był czeskim szlachcicem i właścicielem ziemskim.
W tradycji rodzinnej był właścicielem wielkich posiadłości w Libercu, Frýdlant, Grabštejn i Lemberku oraz pałacu Clam-Gallas w Pradze i Wiedniu. Był ostatnim męskim członkiem rodziny Clam-Gallas.

Count Franciszek, born on July 26, 1854 in Liberec, died on January 20, 1930 in Frýdlant - he was a Czech nobleman and landowner.
In family tradition, he was the owner of large estates in Liberec, Frýdlant, Grabštejn and Lemberk, and the Clam-Gallas palace in Prague and Vienna. He was the last male member of the Clam-Gallas family.
