★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla bych poděkovat majiteli firmy Frydl za neskutečný přístup k objednávce výměny bojleru,trvalo to půl hodiny a kluci byli u nás doma.Neskutečnē díky. Je vidět,že v této firmě majitel funguje na 150%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmě jsem zaslal poptávku, asi týden se nic nedělo, proto jsem do firmy volal, bylo mi řečeno, že se na to podívají a dají mi vědět, uplynul opět cca týden bez odezvy, tak jsem znovu volal a dostalo se mi stejné odpovědi, že to prověří a ozvou se. Ani tentokrát se neozvali. Stačilo by říct např. nemáme kapacitu či něco podobného a pochopil bych. Bohužel tuto firmu nemohu doporučit.

They didn't answer this time either. Suffice it to say, for example, we do not have the capacity or anything like that and I would understand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší zkušenost, opravdu mohu jen doporučit. Pomohli vyřešit problém přes telefon a whats app zcela zdarma. Ještě následně telefonicky ověřovali, zda vše funguje. Před nimi jsem kontaktoval 5 jiných firem a nikdo takovýto servis neposkytl, nezájem. TOP a děkuji.
Best experience, I can really only recommend. They helped solve the problem over the phone and whats the app completely free. Subsequently, they checked by phone to see if everything was working. Before them, I contacted 5 other companies and no one provided such service, no interest. TOP and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme domluveni, že k nám přijde ve 2 odpoledne, ovšem pan Frydl nepřišel, nebral telefony a ignoroval nás na všech frontách. Když jsem četl recenze, myslel sem, že to byla určitě nešťastná náhoda, když k někomu nepřišel po domluvě, ale evidentně je to 50 na 50 jestli vůbec přijde. Fakt extrémně neprofesionální, že nám třeba nedal ani vědět den poté nebo tak něco. Najděte si fakt kohokoli jinýho, pokud spěcháte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu FRYDL Servis vřele doporučuji. Při poruše našeho plynového kotle jsem kontaktovala několik odborných firem, kde mi byla nabídnuta návštěva jejich pracovníka. Tuto návštěvu bych hradila částkou až 1 500 Kč za každou započatou hodinu práce a cenu dopravy. Naštěstí jsem kontaktovala také firmu FRYDL Servis, kde mi pomohli poruchu vyřešit po telefonu. Během minuty nám tekla teplá voda a topení hřálo. Moc děkuji za slušnost a přeji Vaší firmě mnoho úspěchů.

I would pay for this visit in the amount of up to CZK 1,500 for each hour of work started and the price of transport. Fortunately, I also contacted FRYDL Servis, where they helped me solve the problem over the phone. Within a minute, we had hot water and the heating was warm. Thank you very much for your decency and I wish your company much success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRYDL Servis rád doporučuju. Zachránil nám Velikonoce na chatě na Slapech, kde se propadla kanalizace... Skvělý profesionál Ondřej Frank, po cestě zabloudil v lese, velkou dodávku málem neotočil mezi pařezy, ale nevzdal to a dorazil za tmy. A se vším si ve světle baterek poradil. Když to měl skoro hotové, praskla kameninová trubka z chaty, ale ani to ho nezastavilo. Vyboural ji z betonovych základů a nasadil vše znovu. Skončil před půlnocí... Byl skvělý! Stejně jako skvělý a profesionální je přístup celé firmy... Veliký dík a hezké Velikonoce přeju!

And he handled everything in the flashlight. When he was almost done, the earthenware pipe in the hut burst, but that didn't stop him either. He demolished it from the concrete foundations and put everything back on. He finished before midnight ... He was great! Just as great and professional is the approach of the whole company ...
