Volal jsem je sice kvůli prasklému topení, ale to nevadí. RYCHLOST byla úžasná ? Quality service, GREAT REACTION TIME AND SPEED OF INTERVENTION. I didn't even have time to react and they were already tearing wires from the walls. Great. I called them because of the cracked heating, but it doesn't matter. THE SPEED was amazing ?

M	Matez _ Score on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonátu se slečnou. Která mimochodem byla vážně ochotná, jsem měl pocit, že je firma opravdu seriózní. Jenže.... Pak to přišlo. Kontakt na pana opraváře. Konkrétně nějaký pán Buček. Z prvu docela obětavý pán. Jenže mi nepřišla výměna kus za nový kus jako rozumná oprava. Tak jsem si domluvil jiný servis. Který byl opravdu servis. Po oznámení že výměna se realizovat nebude. Arogantně položil telefon. Pokud můžu poradit, tak jakýkoliv jiný servis. Hlavně ne pana Bučka na Brněnsku. Je to pouze výměnkář. After a phone call with the young lady. Which, by the way, was really helpful, I felt that the company was really serious. But ... Then it came. Contact the repairman. Specifically some Mr. Buček. At first, quite a dedicated gentleman. But I didn't think replacing a piece with a new piece was a reasonable fix. So I arranged another service. Which was really a service. After notification that the exchange will not take place. He hung up the phone arrogantly. If I can advise, then any other service. Especially not Mr. Buček in the Brno region. He's just an exchanger.

Volali sme opatovne o 15.00 s urgenciou a opat sme dostali uistenie, ze pridu. Samozrejme, sa nedostavili ani v ten den, ani v buduci den. Nasli sme si ineho servisaka. Avsak stratili sme den s tym, ze sme sa spoliehali na AAA, ze pridu. Vobec sa na nich nespoliehajte, ak by ste potrebovali akukolvek urgentnu pomoc. we had a gas leak and we called the dispatch office of this company at 9.00. The company promised that it would arrive on the same day. We called the caregiver at 3pm with urgency and the abbot was reassured that he would come. Of course, they did not show up either that day or the next day. We found another serviceman. However, we lost the day with the fact that we relied on AAA to come. Do not rely on them in general if you need any urgent help.
