In spring I bought Beta Xtrainer here. I paid her in advance without seeing her, I came and took her. I would think I was the ideal customer because they had minimal work with me. A few days later I wrote an e-mail asking the seller to install the homologation kit supplied, an alternative candle and a problem with motorcycle dying. I never got the answer. I did not even try to install the set, the candle is not urgent and the dying was essentially caused by the seat and the handlebars. The second time I had to ask the seller after my rear silencer broke. I wrote an e-mail on Sunday and on Monday the seller called me that it might be possible to solve it, but let me send photos. Great, I didn't expect that. So on Monday evening I sent photos of a cracked silencer and waited. Since no one responded, I called on Wednesday and learned that the photos could not be opened and I would send them differently. I thought something in the sense why the hell did not write it immediately, but I sent the photos again in another way (Air Mail). I waited again two days, no reaction, I call again and again photos can not open. I was already angry, but I sent the photos a third time and this time I managed to open them. I prefer not to try to communicate by e-mail anymore, but always to call, which is unsatisfactory because of the workload, especially when one cannot reach you. In the end, however, the replacement silencer came and it is here to thank both G4R for not retiring me and Beta for sending me a new one, although it might not. However, I paid for the replacement of the shock absorber, and in addition to that, I left extra money in the G4R for a new tire and mousse (I did not solve the price because I was grateful for the shock absorber replacement). Finally, I met the owner and asked if there is any plan to showcase new Beta models (as every year). So they're planning and letting me know. I pointed out that I really want them to let me know that I'm considering a different model. They say they will definitely know. Today I resurfaced on FB of this company and found out that Beta Day took place last weekend. Thanks so much for letting me know! To sum up, the G4R can sell a motorbike, but communication with the customer is poor, and with no information about the show, when I announce an interest in buying a new motorbike, that's pure amateurism.

We put an ATV there to change the oil and make it technical, and it was supposed to be in three days and it turned into a month! And the battery was fine but they left it on and the battery is weird, the original cost 3000 and this 1500! I really don't understand, and we also paid for the battery ??????
