M	Miroslav Preněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Geis může být ráda,že má ve svých řadách takové profesionální zaměstnance jako je pan Bošanský(řidič z pobočky v Českých Budějovicích).V pátek nám zavolal a domluvili jsme se na určitou hodinu doručení a to světe div se:v sobotu.Přijel naprosto přesně a byl velmi příjemný,prostě profík.Tímto mu chci moc poděkovat,a protože máme z dodaného zboží radost,nebudu se o Geisu raději víc rozepisovat. K	Kateřina Zemková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost je otřesná. Již týden na tomto depu leží moje zásilka,kterou po všemožných urgencích jak z mé strany,tak ze strany odesílatele stále nikdo nedoručil. Na telefonu i na mailu stále jen sliby a neděje se nic. Následně to dopadlo tak, že moji zásilku- mobilní telefon na depu někdo ukradl a nebyla mi nikdy doručena. The experience is appalling. For a week now, my consignment has been on this depot, which, after all sorts of urgencies, both on my part and on the part of the sender, has still not been delivered by anyone. There are still only promises on the phone and in the e-mail and nothing is happening. Subsequently, it turned out that my shipment - a mobile phone at the depot was stolen by someone and was never delivered to me.
A	Architekt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší dopravce v ČR. Avizo o zásilce 29.7.2021, že zásilka bude doručena v následujícím dni. Bohužel nic. Dle sledování leží v depu Brno. Urgence po týdnu e-mailem. Bohužel bez komunikace. Napsal jsem další e-mail za dva dny s vyhrožováním. Ozval se nějaký slovák, že u zasilky budou urgovat doručení. Po týdnu nečinnosti opět telefonická urgence, bohužel opět nějaká pipina slovensky mluvící, že budou zásilku urgovat. A tak člověk stále čeká a čeká a čeká a čeká a čeká .... Zásilka doručena 25.8.2021 !!!!!!!! tj cca měsíc. V kontextu s výlevy uvedenými na stránkách geis.cz jak jsou moderní, skvělý a úžasný dopravce je mi z této pseudo podnikatelské nedopravní skupiny impotentů na zvracení. Všechny případné zákazníky důrazně varuji před touto organizací !!!!!!!! The worst carrier in the Czech Republic. Notice of shipment 7/29/2021 that the shipment will be delivered the next day. A Slovak said that they would urge delivery at the shipment. After a week of inactivity, telephone urgency again, unfortunately again some Slovak-speaking pipin that they will urge the shipment. And so one still waits and waits and waits and waits and waits .... Shipment delivered 8/25/2021 !!!!!!!! ie about a month. In the context of the outflows listed on the geis.cz website, how modern, great and amazing the carriers are, I am sick of this pseudo-business non-transport group of impotents. I strongly warn all potential customers against this organization !!!!!!!!
L	Lucie Doubkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horšího dopravce jsem nezažila. Zboží mají týden v přepravě a již druhý den visí na depu protože se už balík nevešel do auta. I po urgenci aby již byl balík doručen a příslibu, že bude se stále nic neděje... Nakonec byla postel doručená sobotním rozvozem a zlomené 2 prkna a dvě včetně čela obouchané ... I have not experienced a worse carrier. The goods have been in transit for a week and have been hanging at the depot the next day because the package did not fit in the car. Even after the urgency that the package should be delivered and the promise that nothing will still happen ... In the end, the bed was delivered by Saturday delivery and 2 broken boards and two, including the headboard, were wrapped around ...
D	David Krs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GEIS fungoval dobře před X lety. Dnes je situace taková, že jezdí neomalení řidiči. Umím pochopit, že toho můžou mít hodně a že je potřeba jim nějak vyjít vstříc, ale.... Pokud mi zavolá "Mám pro vás dobírku za xxx a budu tam za 15 minut", tak v pořádku, přijeďte. Hotovost jsem u sebe neměl, všem dopravkám platíme kartou - neměl terminál. I to umím pochopit, prostě jsme se nepochopili. Bohužel pán s hloupými řečmi a nafouklou hubou odjel s tím, že to musí přivézt druhý den. Vybral jsem dostatek hotovosti a čekal kdy přijede. Přijel, vyložili jsme a dojde k platbě - "Musíte přesně, nemám na zpět nic" a to už jsem nevydržel. Balík tedy nedoručil, neboť vybírají dobírky v hotovosti, ale na vrácení nemají nic. Geis používat jen v největší nouzi, nejlépe zapomenout, že jejich služby existují. GEIS worked well X years ago. Today, the situation is such that rude drivers drive. I can understand that they can have a lot and that they need to meet their needs, but .... If he calls me "I have cash on delivery for xxx and I'll be there in 15 minutes", then all right, come. I didn't have cash with me, we pay all the crates by card - they didn't have a terminal. I can understand that too, we just didn't get it. Unfortunately, the gentleman with stupid words and a swollen mouth left, saying that he had to bring it the next day. I withdrew enough cash and waited for him to arrive. He arrived, we unloaded and there is a payment - "You have to, I have nothing back" and I couldn't stand it anymore. So the package was not delivered because they collect cash on delivery, but they have nothing to return. Geis used only in the greatest need, best to forget that their services exist.
M	Martina Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato společnost je strašná domluva s nimi je o ničem pořád píší to stejné doručí Vám to následující pracovní den. Už byly 3 termíny doručení ani jeden nikdo nedodžel. V den doručení mi přišel eimal že mně řidič ohledně času doručování bude kontaktovat, ale to se nestalo volal až při příjezdu na místo tutíž jsem neměla jak zajistit aby někdo převzal zásilku když já jsem byla v práci. Když jsem se mu pak dovolala tak mi řekl že si mám odskočit z práce a že na mně počká 5 minut. To jsem mu sdělila že bohužel není možné jelikož nepracuji ve stejném městě bydliště. Na to mi řekl že tedy zítra a ten druhý den tedy volám na číslo ze kterého mi kurýr volal a byl to nejspíš jiný řidič který bohužel nic nevěděl protože mu ten předešlí nepředal informaci. Tak jsem se domluvili na pátek s tím že to dá do systému a doručí mi to. Kdybych se nepodívala do sledování tak ani nezjistím že nikdo moji zásilku nepřepravuje. Psala jsem tedy eimal následně i volala na Geis a tam by bylo sděleno že nemají ani auto a ani lidi na to aby mi to dovezli. Musela jsem si kvůli tomu vzít volno a takto to dopadlo katastrofa. Rozhodně Geis nedoporučuji. This company is a terrible deal with them is about nothing they keep writing the same will deliver it to you the next business day. He told me that tomorrow and the next day I was calling the number from which the courier called me and it was probably another driver who unfortunately did not know anything because the previous one did not give him information. So we agreed on Friday that he would put it in the system and deliver it to me. If I didn't look in the tracking, I wouldn't even find out that no one was transporting my shipment. So I wrote an eimal and called Geis and it would be said that they didn't have a car or people to bring it to me. I had to take time off because of it and that's how the disaster turned out. I definitely do not recommend Geis.
