★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po przeczytaniu wielu negatywnych opinii o tym miejscu obawiałem się oczekiwania na rozładunek przez kilka godzin. Jednak ku mojemu zdziwieniu rozładunek rozpoczął się od razu po przyjeździe. Nie zdążyłem cofnąć pod rampę a wózkowy już próbował wjechać na auto. Afroamerykaninowi który rozladowywał moje auto tak się spieszyło ,że nie przeszkadzały mu nawet pasy zapięte na paletach (co prawda utrudniało mu to pracę ponieważ palety nie chciały się oderwać od podłogi jednak się nie poddawał i próbował dalej) gdy już skonsultował się z przełożonym postanowił dać mi czas na rozpięcie pasów wtedy było zdecydowanie lepiej. Ogólnie na firmie dość ciasno i jeszcze wszędzie stały ich naczepy. Trzeba uważać.
 After reading a lot of negative reviews for this place, I was dreading waiting to be unloaded for a couple of hours. However, to my surprise, unloading began immediately after my arrival. I did not manage to go back under the ramp and the wheelchair was already trying to get onto the car. The African American who unloaded my car was in such a hurry that he was not disturbed even by the belts fastened on the pallets (although it made his work difficult because the pallets did not want to detach from the floor, he did not give up and tried to continue) when he consulted his supervisor, he decided to give me time to unfasten the seat belts then it was much better. In general, the company was quite crowded and their trailers were still everywhere. You need to be careful.

I’ve never experienced worse service in my life.
Never ever.
All is designed with NO USER in mind.
1️⃣ Unreliable service (delivering a week later from paid due date, when I’m at work, not at home where I supposed to be a week ago).
2️⃣ Unresponsible support center (telling you one thing, when logistics does another thing. For the second time I took the day off at work to get a parcel and as soon as support center said they will deliver it 100% tomorrow...the logistic center canceled a shipment and send the package back to Alza.cz)
3️⃣ Inhuman approach.
If you’re at work, and didn’t take a phone in the moment, let’s say you saw a call 2m later, they will call You back. I called 8! times and send a text. No response + they made immediately a status that “packed wasn’t deliver”.
If I could leave less starts in review, I’d leave —5 starts. Wasted time, money and nerves.
