L	Lucie Makalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto kliniku nemohu doporučit, podstoupila jsem předoperační vyšetření, kvůli hraničnímu zakřivení rohovky pro laserovou operaci mě měl lékař konzultovat s p.primářkou a ozvat se do půlky dalšího týdne. Neozval se nikdo,přesto, že jsem několikrát volala já, psala mail. V červnu to bude rok! Zbytečná cesta,peníze.... I can't recommend this clinic, I underwent a preoperative examination, due to the borderline curvature of the cornea for laser surgery, my doctor had to consult with my primary care physician and get in touch by the middle of the next week. No one answered, even though I called several times, she wrote an e-mail. It will be the year in June! Useless journey, money ....
J	Jiri Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všude vychvalovaná klinika, tak jsme jí zvolili také. Na recepci jsem upozorňoval, že chci být u konzultace s lékařem na konci vyšetření, když povolali dceru. Celá prohlídka je o tom ,že pro vás přijdou a někam vás odvádějí. Jak můžete tušit, že je to poslední. U konzultace jsem nebyl, slečna MuDr. arogantní nepříjemná dle poznatku dcery. Za mě zklamání. Příště jdeme jinam. A clinic that is praised everywhere, so we chose it as well. I warned the reception desk that I wanted to see a doctor at the end of the examination when my daughter was called. The whole tour is about coming for you and taking you somewhere. As you can guess, it's the last one. I was not at the consultation, Miss MuDr. arrogant unpleasant according to daughter's knowledge. Disappointment for me. Next time we go somewhere else.

Prakticky hned po operaci jsem fungovala bez brýlí, postupem téhož dne se ovšem zhoršila viditelnost. Druhý den jsem viděla naprosto všechno a vlastně ještě lépe než v brýlích. Žádný problém jsem neměla, jen občasné řezání a bolest hlavy, ale to je úplně normální při podstoupení takového zákroku. Operace je bezbolestná a vše je vám předem vysvětleno. Moje zkušenost s Oční klinikou Gemini v Praze je více než výborná. Co se týče péče o pacienty, za mě se jedná o profesionální přístup, jak ze strany lékařů, tak zbytku personálu. Operace zabrala zhruba 15 minut. Druhý den následuje kontrola. Za mě osobně výborný přístup k lidem, jako tým jsou na klinice sehraní. Žádné dlouhé čekání a hlavně se vám stále někdo věnuje. Mockrát děkuji za všechno. I underwent a phakic lens implantation and thus my long-term dream, a life without glasses, came true. Almost immediately after the operation, I worked without glasses, but over the same day, visibility deteriorated. The next day I saw absolutely everything and actually even better than in glasses. I had no problem, just occasional cutting and a headache, but this is perfectly normal when undergoing such a procedure. The operation is painless and everything is explained to you in advance. My experience with the Gemini Eye Clinic in Prague is more than excellent. When it comes to patient care, for me, it is a professional approach, both on the part of doctors and the rest of the staff. The operation took about 15 minutes. The next day is followed by an inspection. For me personally, an excellent approach to people as a team are at the clinic. No long waits and most importantly, someone is still dedicated to you. Thank you so much for everything.

I would appreciate if I could buy a snack there but apparently patients don’t spend too much time there as examinations and surgeries are quickly done.

The surgeon even spoke fluent German. Service was professional, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this clinic, my Trans-PRK was done perfectly with Schwind Amaris Laser and healed without pain. I can finally see!
