★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, arogantní jednání, škoda vyčíslena 160 tis., po převezení do jiného servisu byla oprava provedena za 3.600 Kč. Je vidět že pánové z tohoto servisu jsou opravdoví "profíci".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banda neschopných arogantních ignorantů. Řešil jsem s nimi několik záležitostí (koupě, servis, STK) a vždy jsem odešel s nepořízenou a zklamanej. Už tam nepáchnu a to samé radím všem... GH je bohužel jen ostuda škodovky. Nejlepší v okolí je OKIM v Ústí nad Labem, kde jsem zatim neměl jediný problém. Jen to mám bohužel daleko.
A bunch of incompetent arrogant ignorants. I dealt with a few things with them (purchase, service, MOT) and I always left with a disappointed and disappointed. I will not smell anymore and the same I advise everyone ... GH is unfortunately only a shame Skoda. The best around is OKIM in Usti nad Labem, where I have not had a single problem. I'm just far from it.

Při prohlídce auta velmi neochotné a arogantní jednání, kde pak kvůli několika drobným nedostatkům vůz kontrolou neprojde. podotýkám, že auto bylo nedávno na kompletní servisní prohlídce.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po výměně pylového filtru mi ve voze na podlaze zůstalo listí , zkontroloval jsem tedy i filtr a zjistil ze byl usazen špatně a zdeformován. Nevím kdo tu výměnu prováděl, ale měl by se asi hodně učit.
Přijímací technik mě filtr poté vyměnil za nový.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě doporučuji všem co mají spoustu času a minimálně kýbl nervů. Přijímací technik si vybírá zákazníky zřejmě podle obličeje a i když jste tam první tak Vás obslouží dle jeho libosti. Opravdu super přístup!
Certainly recommend to all who have a lot of time and at least bucket nerves. The reception technician chooses the customers according to his face and even if you are there first he will serve you according to his wish. Really cool approach!
