★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodinný dům vyrostl na dvou spojených parcelách v letech 1927-1929 podle návrhu architekta Jaromíra Krejcara. Tato vila se odlišuje od většiny zdejších vil postavených především ve stylu historismu a odráží nové směry v meziválečné architektuře spolu s nedalekou Strnadovou vilou od Josefa Gočára. Typické rovné střechy, terasy, solární lázeň... Vila byla postavena pro dr. Richarda Gibiána, obchodníka v polygrafii. Po válce byla vila zestátněna a rozdělena na byty, po rekonstrukcích bohužel ztratila mnohé prvky původního návrhu.
 House was built on two connected plots in the years 1927-1929 by the architect Jaromir Krejcar. This villa is different from most of the local villas built in the style of historicism primarily reflects new trends in inter-war architecture, along with the nearby villa Strnadová by Josef Gočár. Typical flat roofs, terraces, solar bath ... villa was built for dr. Richard Gibian, a trader in the printing industry. After the war, the villa was nationalized and divided into apartments, renovated unfortunately lost many elements of the original proposal.
