★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Kérastase Discipline Maskeratine bestellen. Die Lieferung war schnell. Allerdings hatte die Ware keine Schutzfolie, kein Karton, war praktisch offen. Das hat mich etwas skeptisch gemacht, sollte nicht vorkommen.
I order Kérastase Discipline Maskeratine. The delivery was fast. However, the product had no protective film, no cardboard, was practically open. That made me a bit skeptical, should not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Bestellung bei diesem Shop am 02.05 aufgegeben. Sie ist bis heute nicht da. Nachdem über eine Woche nach Zahlungseingang die Bestellung noch nicht losgeschickt war, habe ich den Shop kontaktiert. Da sagte man mir dann, dass einer der Artikel nicht auf Vorrat wäre. Bis jetzt steht er allerdings als lieferbar im Onlineshop. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht über den Service. Eine Kontaktaufnahme, wenn ein Artikel nicht lieferbar ist, ist das mindeste. Ich weiß nicht wie lange ich sonst hätte noch darauf warten sollen. Bis heute steht in der Sendeverfolgung, dass das Paket nur elektronisch angekündigt wurde und nicht von DHL abgeholt wurde. So viel zu dem Werbeslogan auf der Internetseite mit der Lieferung in 2 Tagen.
I placed my order with this shop on May 2nd. It is still not there today. After the order had not been sent over a week after receipt of payment, I contacted the shop. Then I was told that one of the articles was not in stock. So far, however, it is available in the online shop. I am really disappointed with the service. Contacting us if an article is not available is the least. I don't know how long else I should have waited for it. To date, the tracking means that the package was only announced electronically and was not picked up by DHL. So much for the slogan on the website with delivery in 2 days.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Verpackung - Paket musste von DHL nachverpackt werden. Einfach darauf besser achten! Sonst vielen Dank.
Serious shop, order placed and prompt delivery. E-Mail contact 1A - Price achievement 1A. I can really only recommend it.
A small point of criticism is the packaging - DHL had to repackage the package. Just take better care of it! Otherwise thank you.
