★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was unfortunate enough to have to call for a breakdown truck, my Citroen C5 just wouldn't start. within 20 minutes a truck had arrived and they loaded the car. I was in Prague and took the chance of a lift home to Bechyne so had already left, leaving the keys and papers with a friend. Around 2 hours later I got the call saying that they were at my local garage, went round there to meet them, it took me no more than 10 minutes, the driver had arranged with the garage where they wanted the car put, done whatever paperwork was necessary with them and was half way through getting the car of his truck. A wonderful friendly and immensely helpful Ukrainian man who provided the most fantastic service. If all the drivers are like this, I think it is safe to say that Global Assistance are the best breakdown and recovery service available here in the Czech Republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an exident in Sardinia, unfortunatelly we had to find our own assitence locally as the global assitence didn’t find anyone to take the car from the middle of highway even after more than one hour… but the comunication was quite ok, just not working on the site of Italian partner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car did not start. We called. They sent someone in 30 min approx and they charged the battery and started the car. So one hour later solved. It cost 1000 czk on sunday morning. Happy with both callcenter operator and mechanic. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, very bad experience when my car stopped at the payment center in Italy few kilometers away from French borders.
Even, i had a good insurance contract, none of italian nor french towing companies accepted to tow the car from Italy to France (Under my allowed and contractual 100 kms)
