Každý mesiac nová upomienka volal som s dotyčnimi asi 7x vždy všetko v poriadku zrušené a každý mesiac dokola to iste upomienka telefonát vyriešené ? s touto firmou už nechcem mat nič spoločné…. Nie odpowiadają na e-maila,nie odbierają telefonów?? Udało się ,usługa odblokowana!!! Wszystko działa !!! Od samého počátku při vnucení služby jejich partnerem je smlouva plná skrytých úskalí, o kterých se klient dozví pouze skrze důkladné pročtení obchodních podmínek. Kvalitativní úrovní připomíná klasický teleshopping. Rok využití zdarma je automaticky spojen s poplatkem za demontáž lokátoru. Autoprolongace v případě neohlídání si termínu písemné výpovědi, (v dnešní době) zaslané na adresu 30 dní před vypršením smlouvy. To vše za předpokladu, že si vše vůbec firma převezme a zpracuje. Mezi další vychytávky řadíme zpoplatněnou telefonní linku se zákaznickou podporou typu “haha, vy jste si nepřečetli naše podmínky”, namísto “omlouváme se, takto je služba nabízena a partner Vás o tom měl upozornit”. Zbývá již jen expanze do odvětví telefonického prodeje nefunkčních léků důchodcům. A to je opravdu smutné, neboť koncept služby dálkové ochrany vozu není zlý. Very frivolous actions of the company. P	Patrik Kret (příštěsenezapomenodhlasit) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme s přítelkyní auto z Áček s bohužel touto službou. Ze začátku se nám tato bezpečnostní služba zdála super. Auto jsme měli neustále pod dohledem pomocí aplikace a dokonce přišlo i upozornění, když se auto nastartovalo. V Áčkách nám řekli, že je tato služba na rok zdarma a pak, že nám tato partnerská firma zavolá, jestli chceme dál využívat její bezpečnostní služby. Toto se bohužel nestalo a tyto s prominutím krysy to automaticky prodloužili. Nejvtipnější je, že auto jsme po cca 4 měsících používání prodali. Paní po telefonu tvrdila, že stačí poslat kupní smlouvu od vozidla a odstoupení od smlouvy. Jsou to dva měsíce co mi každý druhý den chodí do emailu zprávy, že mám uhradit 605 kč. Dnes jsem tam volal a říkám paní, že to nebudu platit, když už nejsem vlastník vozidla a paní mi velice NEOCHOTNĚ A NEPŘÍJEMNĚ tloukla do hlavy, že tento poplatek musím uhradit. Opravdu bezpečnostní služba za všechny prachy... bezpáteřní krysy co neví, jak z lidí vybrat prachy. My girlfriend and I bought a car from Áček with this service. Poslal jsem dopis na jejich adresu z rejstříku firem a dva měsíce nic, pak jsem zkusil adresu z jejich dopisu a zase bez reakce. Už jsem posílal i mail a také nic. Už jsem informoval svého právního zástupce i ČOI. Lidi, pokud Vám někdo cokoli od nic nabídne, tak rychle pryč! už se jich nezbavíte, nemají základní lidskou slušnost a zákony používají jako toaletní papír. Pozor na ně... Upozornenia nepresne XY krát hlavne v CZ auto odstavené na dohľad ale podľa GPS práve naštartovalo a je v pohybe ??… celé zle Worst Company! The first problem with mileage was calculated by x100, so when entering 100km in the application it was already 10000. Spousta vychytávek a hlídáčků, což si u vozu vyšší třídy člověk řekne, že je dobře, že tam jsou. V AAA chlapci vysvětlili, že je tato služba na rok zdarma a pak, že nám tato partnerská firma zavolá, jestli chceme dál využívat její bezpečnostní služby. Toto se bohužel nestalo a smlouvu automaticky prodloužili. Po mailu mi paní tvrdila, že stačí poslat kupní smlouvu od vozidla a odstoupení od smlouvy. Učinila jsem tak stejně jako v případě pojištění nebo jakýkoliv dalších služeb. JENŽE! VÝMLUVY A ZASE VÝMLUVY! Napřed problém 1. Ne, já sama musím poslat písemnou žádost o ukončení služby a to 30dní před koncem období! Tak to mi asi v bazaru trochu opoměli sdělit. Každý den chodí do emailu zprávy, že mám uhradit poplatek za sledování vozu, který za 1. Už nemám a za 2. Už 6měsíců předtím nevyužívám a dopisuji si se slečnou, co je jak automat na blbý fóry. Dnes volám, po nevyhovění požadavků předávám advokátní kanceláři. Službu si tedy sjednejte raději u někoho, kdo si těch nemalých peněz bude vážit aspoň natolik, že s Vámi bude jednat slušně. They never come to me install this and they send me this letter.
