Teprve ve chvili, kdy jsem se zacal aktivne zajimat a ptat se, poznali, ze bych mozna i nakoupil a zajem se objevil. Bohuzel na nektere otazky mi odpovedet neumeli. Vysledna cenova nabidka byla takovy prumer, nakonec jsem nakoupil jinde a lepe. Obecne receno, neodchazel jsem nejak nastavany nebo tak, to urcite ne.. Spis jsem odesel bez nejakeho duvodu se vratit a utratit penize zrovna tady. Until I seemed to be just looking for the goods, so much interest from the personal was not. Only in a moment when I started to take an active interest and ask, I knew that I could even buy and interested. Unfortunately, some questions didn't answer me. The following price quotation was such an average, eventually I bought elsewhere and better. Generally speaking, I did not go somewhere set or something, certainly not .. I wrote the file without any reason to return and spend the money right here.

Vybírá semnou už několikáté kontaktní čočky a je vidět, že mu velmi záleží na tom, aby byli perfektní ? a vůbec mu nevadí, že objednává už 3 typ a jen říká, že klidně jich vyzkoušíme 10 ? druhá paní (asi prodavačka), když jsem byla poprvé hned mi založila kartičku. Komunikace také skvělá. Volají, že už zboží mají a hezky se o vás starají. Co také velmi oceňuji je fakt, že klidně řeknou "Ne, teď bych to nedoporučoval a počkal" přestože by to byla objednávka klidně za 8 tis i vic. Tím si získali velmi moji důvěru. Konkrétně se jednalo o nové brýle, když mám ustálenou cukrovku jen cca 3 měsíce, tak mi pan doporučil chvilku pockat, třeba do jara a oči radsi znovu premerime a do té doby si ještě nechám původní. Měla jsem ještě čest i s druhou paní optometristkou a taky paráda ? přišla jsem s brýlemi a odcházela s kontaktními čočkami, ale jaksi jsem si zapomněla vzít pouzdro na brýle. Sama mi hnedka nabídla jejich papírové, abych s tím neměla problém ? ceny mají nízko, s jejich kartičkou jsou velké slevy. Celkově výběr široký a jsou schopni se dost přizpůsobit a doobjednat, co je potřeba. Je to prostě místo, kde máte pocit, že jste ten nejdůležitější a na prvním místě ? děkuji... Maximum satisfaction. Communication is also great. They call that they already have the goods and take good care of you. What I also really appreciate is the fact that they will easily say "No, I would not recommend it now and wait" even though it would be an order for 8 thousand or more. They gained a lot of my trust. Specifically, these were new glasses, when I have had stable diabetes for only about 3 months, so Mr. recommended me to wait a while, for example, until spring and we prefer to re-measure the eyes and until then I will keep the original. I was also honored with the other optometrist and also great ? I came with glasses and left with contact lenses, but somehow I forgot to take the glasses case. She immediately offered me their paper so that I wouldn't have a problem with it ? their prices are low, there are big discounts with their card. Overall the selection is wide and they are able to adapt enough and reorder what is needed. It is simply a place where you feel that you are the most important and in the first place ? thank you ...

Právě jsem zde byla kvůli vypadenému sklu v brýlích, oprava na místě bleskově, zakoupila jsem si další brýle, vše perfektně vysvětleno, jsem velmi spokojená. 100% se opět vrátím. Děkuji slečně, která se mi věnovala. I shop at GrandOptical and I will shop. Pleasant and helpful girls. I was just here because of the dropped glass in the glasses, the repair on the spot in a flash, I bought more glasses, everything was perfectly explained, I am very satisfied. I will return 100% again. Thanks to the lady who paid attention to me.

F	Filip Širůček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potom co jsem prošel snad všechny optiky v Brně musím říct, že zákaznický přístup a profesionalita personálu na většině poboček GrandOptical je nejhorší ze všech. Snad jen s vyjímkou Vaňkovky, kde se mně personál celkem věnoval a projevoval i zájem. Samozřejmě, že je to o lidech a i zde se najdou ochotní zaměstnanci, ale obecně řečeno tady vsadili evidentně na kvantitu a vyšší ziskovost. Skla a vyšetření zraku bych si tady rozhodně nenechal dělat. After going through almost all opticians in Brno, I must say that the customer approach and professionalism of the staff at most GrandOptical branches is the worst of all. Perhaps only with the exception of Vaňkovka, where the staff paid a lot of attention to me and also showed interest. Of course, it's about people, and even here there are willing employees, but generally speaking, they obviously bet on quantity and higher profitability. I would definitely not have my glasses and eye exams done here.

Even though we pick our lenses there we have decided to move to another area and of course i will not recommend. 1 time being rude is excusable ... a couple of times it's out of line for business. Terrible
