★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já se musím připojit k panu Salátovi. Zkušenost mám pouze s eshopem. Zboží označené "Skladem" znamená, že to jede z Francie (alespoň v mém případě). "Doručení do pěti dnů" bylo nakonec šest (objednáno v pondělí dopo a doručeno následující úterý odpo). U sledování zásilky to pět dní nepsalo nic, šestý den, že to bylo předáno dopravci a odpoledne (bez nějakého předchozího upozornění) mi zazvonil doma kurýr. Zboží OK. Nejhorší pro mě byla komunikace eshopu. Všechny oficiální maily v česko-slovenském jazyce, různě kombinované a s hromadou chyb. V jednom emailu byly místo diakritiky všude otazníky apod. a v dotazníku spokojenosti opět chyby. Nejlepší mi přijde rozloučení v oficiálních mailech "Naschledanou Rowenta" :-D
I have to join Mr. Salad. I only have experience with an e-shop. Goods marked "In stock" mean that it comes from France (at least in my case). "Delivery within five days" was finally six (ordered on Monday after and delivered the following Tuesday after). For five days, it didn't say anything about tracking the shipment, the sixth day it was handed over to the carrier, and in the afternoon (without any prior notice) my courier rang at home. Goods OK. The worst thing for me was the e-shop communication. All official e-mails in the Czech-Slovak language, variously combined and with a lot of errors. In one email, instead of diacritics, there were questions, etc. everywhere, and again in the satisfaction questionnaire, there were errors. The best part is the farewell in the official e-mails "Nasledled Rowenta" :-D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednán nový mixér za 6tis. A dorazil mixer, který již někdo používal!!! Tělo mixéru bylo poškrábané a opatlané! Fólie na displeji byla přelepována, byly pod ní bubliny a nečistoty!
Reklamace velmi složitá a časově i finančně nákladná!
Tuto společnost výrazně nedoporučuji.
New mixer ordered for 6 thousand. And a mixer has arrived that someone has already used !!! The body of the blender was scratched and stained! The foil on the display was taped, there were bubbles and dirt under it!
Complaints very complicated and time and money expensive!
I do not strongly recommend this company.
