Zavezl nás z letiště na vlakové nádraží během 25 min a chtěl zaplatit méně, než jiní. Super, doporučuji. Keď mi ani 15 minút pred odjadzom neprichádzala žiadna správa, objednala som urgentne iný odvoz, ktorý bol do 10 minút u mňa. Jednalo sa o jazdu medzimesto, ktorá bola pre mňa dosť dôležitá. Auto očividne prišlo, cca iba o 3 minúty pozdeji. Keď som počas jazdy nedvíhala telefón, pretože som sa nechcela pred cudzími ľuďmi dohadovať, následne mi prišiel e-mail z dispečinku, nepodpísaný, že nabudúce, ak jazdu nepotrebujem, stačí ju zrušiť "!!!" s dodatkom "Takto to nefunguje". Ja si tiež myslím, že to takto nefunguje... Od spoľahlivosti až po komunikáciu. Ďakujem pekne a nikdy viac. I ordered a pickup for a specific day and time. I received information that I would receive an SMS from the driver from the delivery of the car half an hour before departure. When I didn't receive a message 15 minutes before I left, I urgently ordered another ride, which was with me within 10 minutes. It was an intermediate ride, which was quite important to me. The car obviously arrived, only about 3 minutes later. When I did not pick up the phone while driving, because I did not want to argue in front of strangers, then I received an e-mail from the control room, unsigned that next time, if I do not need a ride, just cancel it "!!!" with the addition "This is not how it works". I also don't think it works that way ... From reliability to communication. Thank you very much and never again.

Ordering via the website without problems (confirmation came by email), car delivered on time, driver pleasant, price reasonable. Pleasant surprise, I can recommend.

Za mě úplně jedno - objednání přes web bez problémů, přišlo potvrzení přes sms, vůz přistaven tak akorát, řidič příjemný, cena rozumná. Příjemné překvapení, mohu jen a jen doporučit :-) Although I ordered the Fast Turtle, my bill came from a Halo taxi. I don't care - ordering via the web without any problems, confirmation via SMS came, the car was delivered just right, the driver was pleasant, the price was reasonable. Pleasant surprise, I can only and only recommend :-)

Willingness and quite speed of delivery of the car. Willingness and kindness, I mean dispatchers and drivers. Other companies should take an example.

Volala jsem na linku a bylo mi sděleno, že ceny byly změněny z důvodu vyšších nákladů na paliva. Ano, chápu současnou situaci, dotýká se každého. Paní se omlouvala a řekla, že podá podnět na změnu informací. Už je to víc jak týden a stále nikde zmínka o navýšení ceny. Tak nevím kde je problém…??Pokud plánujete využít služeb této společnosti, PROSÍM informujte se o současných cenách. The website lists prices per km in the range of CZK 18.90 - CZK 23.90 and then they charge you CZK 36? !! I called the line and was told that prices had changed due to higher fuel costs. Yes, I understand the current situation, it affects everyone. The lady apologized and said that she would initiate a change in the information. It's been more than a week and there is still no mention of a price increase. So I don't know where the problem is…? ?If you plan to use the services of this company, PLEASE inquire about current prices.
S	Slock Prague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ACCEPT A RIDE WITH THEM BEFORE CONFIRMING THE PRICE PER KM! Misleading advertisement listed on their website. Almost 1600 Crowns or 66 Euros to be driven 36 KM. Equals out to 40czk per km or 1.65 Euro per km. If you think that's worth then by all means go for it. I know other services that are less expensive so unfortunately I will not choose Halo again.
