★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento servis jsem si vybral proto, že zde rád nakupuji a považuji ho za jeden z těch lepších v Praze.
Bohužel i když mě servis a díly stály téměř deset tisíc, což jsem zcela ochotný akceptovat, tak s úrovní servisu rozhodně NEJSEM SPOKOJENÝ.
Součástí balíčku mělo být "umytí a naleštění rámu" to se neodehrálo ani náhodou viz. foto.
Rovněž jsem si nechal vyměnit omotávku, která je špatně zamotaná a bovdeny jsou vedeny na každé straně v jiné úrovni, takže tlačí do jedné ruky.
Závěr :JIŽ NIKDY VÍCE SERVIS A BOHUŽEL ANI PRODEJNA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service team did not complete the service of my snowboard in 48 hours as stated on the website. I brought the snowboard on Saturday, and they told me to come and pick it up on Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday, it was not ready. First thing they told me was “Well, it is still Tuesday” and “It will be ready in an hour, we will call you”. Come on, really?
