★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Tchiba chodim casto, ale v tomto obchode je bezkonkurencne nejhorsi obsluha. Kdyz jsem si objednala kavu do hrnecku, prodavacka se podivala na moji dvouletou dceru a rekla: "Jste si jista, ze to zvladne?". Doporucuji zajit o patro vys do Costa Cofee, kde je na rozdil od Tchiba obsluha skvela a kava jeste lepsi.
 I go to Tchiba often, but in this shop is the worst operator. When I ordered a cup of coffee, the shop assistant looked at my two-year-old daughter and said, "Are you sure it'll do well?" I recommend going upstairs to the Costa Cofee, where, unlike Tchiba, the service is great and the kava is even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při návštěvě Prahy jsem měla několik možností navštívit prodejnu na Harfě a vždy jsem se setkala s neochotnou obsluhou bez zápalu, bez úsměvu (řekla bych přímo nasr....), káva mi tady také nechutnala. Do tohoto Tchiba již nikdy více - nedá se srovnat s Tchibem v Olomouci na Šantovce.....tam chodím skoro pořád a ráda!!!
When visiting Prague, I had several opportunities to visit the store at Harfa and I always met the reluctant staff without enthusiasm, without a smile (I would say straight ...), I also did not like coffee here. Never again to this Tchib - it can't be compared to Tchib in Olomouc in Šantovka ..... I go there almost always and gladly !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když to člověk vezme v relaci s okolními možnostmi, jež Obchodní centrum Harfa nabízí, tak zde člověk dostane rozhodně nadprůměrné espresso. Na poměry Tchibo prodejen je zde i dostatek míst k sezení, možná až pro 15 lidí. Na požádání je možné ke kávě zdarma získat i kohoutkovou vodu. Dezerty, včetně dortů, jsou všechny z rozmrazených polotovarů.
Taking it in relation to the surrounding opportunities that the Harfa Shopping Center offers, you will definitely get an above-average espresso. There are plenty of seating places for Tchibo stores, maybe up to 15 people. Tap water can be obtained free of charge on request. Desserts, including cakes, are all thawed blanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva Tchiba byla poměrně zklamáním. Poměrně malý výběr nás zaskočil už od začátku. Zákusky ze zmraženého polotovaru za moc nestály. Masový croissant bych v sámošce koupil 3x levnější a 3x chutnější. Káva je tak jediné co zde bylo vcelku dobré. Dalším překvapením byla nepříjemná a drzá obsluha. Při platbě nám neřekla o kartu, když jsme jí kartu podali tak nám řekla, že pozdě, že už to nejde, že jsme ji to měli dát dříve, že je to naše chyba. Vše nám navíc oznámila velice nepříjemným tónem. Na pultu, kde jsou cukry, lžičky atd. jsme si vzali konvičku se smetanou, potom nám ji ta samá prodavčka odnesla od stolu a vynadala nám, že si to nesmíme brát, že to zde všichni vědí. Přitom kdykoliv jsme tam předtím byli, nebyl s tím problém.
Chápu, že je tu prodavačka nová, nikdy předtím jsem ji zde neviděl, ale tohle chování by si mohla odpustit.
Today's visit to Tchiba was quite disappointing. A relatively small selection surprised us from the beginning. Desserts from the frozen blanks were not worth much. I would buy a meat croissant 3x cheaper and 3x tastier. Coffee is the only thing here that was quite good. Another surprise was the uncomfortable and rude staff. When making a payment she didn't tell us about the card when we handed her the card so she told us that it was too late, that it was not possible, that we should have given it earlier, that it was our fault. Moreover, she told us everything in a very unpleasant tone. On the counter, where there are sugars, spoons, etc., we took a teapot with cream, then the same saleswoman took her away from the table and scolded us that we must not take it, that everyone here knows. Yet whenever we were there before, there was no problem.
I understand the saleswoman here is new, I have never seen her here before, but this behavior could be forgiven.

Výborná káva, kterou mi milá a usmevavá slečna připravila i s obrázkem. Ještě se mi nestalo, ze by se mi při výběru oblečení někdo věnoval jako zde. Velke díky slečně Jenny. Moc rada se sem vracím. Doporučuji!

Excellent coffee, which a nice and smiling young lady prepared for me with a picture. It has never happened to me that someone would pay attention to me when choosing clothes like here. Many thanks to Miss Jenny. I'm very happy to come back here. I recommend!
