★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pobočce jediná zaměstnankyně, dlouhé čekání ve frontě na chodbě bez možnosti si sednout. Přitom ve vedle umístěné pobočce konkurenční banky se nudili tři zaměstnanci. ING na personálu šetří. Další důvod těšit se po dvaceti letech na zrušení účtu u ING Bank. Pracovnice byla ovšem při jednání vstřícná a přátelská.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no tak zítra budu mít první skušenost s ING, ale už to že je možnost být dle zákaznické linky na pobočce k vyřízení věcí až od 10:00 a je lepší si zarezervovat termím (volno až odpoledne) mě celkem dostalo. zkusím to prostě na blind v 10:00 a jsem zvědavý jak se ukáže banka, ale zatím teda nic moc
